Charter Arms 38

I recently had a 38 undercover held back at a local shop, super price, can I put the compact grip on it? Does that work? Thanks

Yes. Charter Arms sell a two finger bootgrip, which fits most all of its .38/.357 Mag frames.
It is great for concealment and your pinky fits right underneath the grip.
Many folks prefer the 3 fingered 'hard rubber' grip over the smaller grip as it aids in accuracy.

The 'softer' rubber grips that were on some .38s/.357 Mags are still available, but they actually allow 'more' felt recoil than the harder rubber grips.
The same grips are sold in solid composites (composite of Nylon 6 and other polymers) and in various types of wood.
