What a horrific situation in Texas.

What a horrific situation in the United States of America.

It's time to send our hopes and prayers to the families and friends of all those affected by this tragedy. What an awful day for the Army and US Military around the world. What a frightening picture for those men and women fighting and protecting our Great Country. All have and are trying to keep evil and harm away from the door of the USA. When they see our enemy, and this asshole was our enemy, attacking our front line fighters from inside their own homeland base, makes one wonder why they're so far away fighting an enemy that is now attacking our own homeland. You know what? If this puppet government of ours is going to insist that we keep our armed forces in theaters of War, they damn well better provide them with the proper equipment that currently exists and has been available for years that have been proven to provide the protection that is desperately needed.

Bring them home and lets take our country back! End this global handout of our taxes and start taking care of our own country and citizens. Enough is enough!!!

Give the USA back to the citizens of the USA!

It's time to throw these greedy, scum bag liberals that are following the orders of the current Commander in Chief and his cronies like Pelosi, Reid, Baucus, Frank, and the rest of those butt buddies not only out of office, but out of this entire country!! They have proven to me and should have proven to you that they are nothing less than an infection in our country. We need to pour on the antibiotics and get rid of all these infections.

The shooter in Ft. Hood turns out to be a supporter of Islam! His name was (WAS-isn't that great?) "Malik Nadal Hasan"!!! He was a commisioned officer in the Army and get this, he was a friggin Psychiatrist. What kind of help did this sick loser provide to our returning soldiers? How about the remarks he instilled in the soldiers heading into harms way? What a frightening thought!

How about this for news? That POS is still alive! They mentioned that he was shot multiple times. Since the majority of MP's and private LEO's on base are armed with Beretta 92's, that doesn't say much for the 9mm FMJ does it? They won't let the military use anything but the anemic 9mm FMJ round due to NATO limitations. Screw NATO and screw the rest of those countries on this planet that only want us for our dwindling financial supply/support including our military boots on the ground to protect their country! To hell with all of them. If we suffered like they are, do you think they'd help us? No damn way!!

What's it going to take to bring the United States of America back to the citizens of the country? It's time to start doing something to correct this nonsense in Washington DC!!

I was wondering what kind of weapon that LEO used to stop that POS. She's one tough cop to put 4 rounds on target while taking fire and being wounded.

CNN reported that the bad guy was shooting an FN 5.7mm and had a revolver.

Since the Officers were serving/working on a US Military installation, I believe they are required to follow NATO regulations. That limits their sidearms to the 9mm NATO, better known as the 9X19mm. It's a pathetic self defense round. Why else would a trained LEO end up wounding this POS after hitting him four times? I seriously doubt she failed to hit him in a vital area since he was on a Ventilator for the last two days. It's a damn shame that she didn't hit that asshole right in the pie hole. It would've saved America alot of money and bullshit. I'm praying that the SOB develops an antibiotic resistant wound infection and suffers to death. He looks like a whining Momma's boy, doesn't he? What a disgrace to the uniform!

Here's some additional media bias released over this tragic situation this week. Take a look:

"Records indicate Hasan bought the FN 5.7 at store called "Guns Galore" in Killeen, Texas, in recent months and that gun was used in the attack that left 13 people dead, one of the officials said. The pistol has been dubbed a "cop killer" by those who have tried to stop its use."

Can anyone tell me who made up this line of crap about the 5.7 being considered or better known as a "Cop Killer" weapon? Why does the media fabricate so much bullshit when these types of issues occur? You media wannabe assholes could serve the US Constitution a hell of a lot better if you would simply report these types of reports honestly!

If the Media cared as much about protecting the Second Amendment as they are worried about losing their cherished First Amendment rights, I think we'd see a better balanced mix of reporting of these issues. Just something to consider. Until then you'll always be nothing more than a pack of vultures circling the latest corpse. Losers!

A "Cop Killer" is a PERSON not an inanimate object. I really hate it when the media says that. Like "high capacity". "Assualt Rifle", it's propaganda designed for the uneducated.

Military base soldiers were disarmed by a policy that had it's roots under Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton: both being some of the most powerful thinkers of the day. The current guy thinks the same way. Get out and vote when we can.

Dont you carry a .380 sometimes and your considering the 9mm too weak, or were you more refering to ball ammo as the problem?

In this case the LEO did her job, she incapacitated the assailent and I'm glad that pos has lived to suffer thru his injurys, and will have to face the courts. Maybe the sob will think about what he's done and it'll eat him up. I can only hope he gets the death penelty, even though I think death is too good for this guy. I just wish we could torture people like this to death.

I think where the 5.7 became known as the "cop killer" is that it was advertised at one point that it was capable of defeating body armorn (with armor piercing rounds of course) and the media ran with it.
