Very interesting gun, the P90. I have actually seen a AR15 variant based on it, complete with the p90 magazine. Would not buy it, though, since it's more powerful brother, the 5.56 is so much more common. I'm looking toward the Beretta ARX160, but fear it won't be available any time soon enough.
I do think the 7.62/win.308 would be a viable round, but it is so much more expensive than the 5.56/.223, that I have a hard time singling it out. If I wanted the greater distance, think I would look more toward a platform that includes the .338 Lapua. Amazing round.
But back to the forum at hand. My Bobcat is working out to be an extremely fun little gun. I hates getting dirty, but if I run a snake through it at the range every so often, it gives me no trouble. Has anyone else seen this to be true? I can usually make it to about 50+ rounds, then it will start gumming up and not wanting to lose its old shell. Once I clean it, though, all goes well. I suspect this might be true of all the mouse guns. Any comments?
