This April 6, 2007, ABC.com site asks, "Have you ever defended yourself from a crime in your home, in your business, or in public by using a gun? Perhaps you warded off a potential attacker by simply showing a gun?
40 states now allow their citizens to obtain conceal-carry permits for handguns. Some people say that's dangerous, while others say it allows them to protect themselves.

I think the other states need to get there heads out of there ass and realize that all people with guns arent bad... That not only can we protect ourselves but we can protect others..IF a teacher in the School shooting had a firearm mabey that crazy killer cho wouldn't have killed 31 people..I saw a special on tv that said there was a school shooting and the princible went to his car got his gun and took out the gunman before he killed more people
