I hear you 5 by 5 and agree with you. Or we could call them Home Defense Tools which is exactly what firearms are they are tools. Like a lawn mower or a chainsaw guns are just tools.

The "Second" implies that we are to

be a continually active and organized

militia- nationwide...

A disciplined civilian armed force.

This instruction has never been eliminated.

No state or local law trumps the Constitution.

No matter how impassioned a party

district attorney may plea...

Well the liberals are always pointing the

militia part out- It is now the time

to form and join all present patriotic

militias togetherinto one organization

with commonweaponry:

All duty longarms and sidearms

being of the same design and calibre...

Keeping it simple and sure.

Like volunteer fire departments...

This is the perfect model for such a civilian force.

And it won't fold because such a disciplined

organization will be much too large, focused

and responsive to such an act.

Always bear in mind how that pimple of a king

murdered off the Knights Templar.

Our Founders had.

All the organizations who adhere to the

"Second"- NRA USCCA & etc and every other

group of armed Americans must come together

as one.

Or the Communist Americans will defeat us-

one by one!

Create a legal manifest and establish, according

to the Bill of Rights, the American Malitia as

per the Second Amendment;

"... a well regulated Militia.

And it doesn't say Army.

The U.S. already had one then:

The Continentals...

This Amendment is for the civilians

As always moose, you're right on it. These groups have the size and the organization to do such a thing. Would that they use their powers to organize deals with several arms manufacturers to offer very special deals on specific arms of specific chamberings, most of their members would pledge their duty to maintain a reasonable level of proficiency and readiness.

Here is a beginning for those curious about Militias and what you can do for each other. This is the United States Militia, but there are militias in states across the country. The only difference between years past is easy to describe; They had Paul Revere and his Raiders, we have the Internet and each other. Our concerns are just as valid and our actions are just as important. Don't wait for someone else to do "IT" first. Get involved, now... https://www.unitedstatesmilitia.com/contact.html

Hi, Tig . . . I have gone to two different links that you have posted. Both great sites. I almost ordered a Ruger LCP from that distributor. I have never seen them listed at that price.

I like Will Carry's initial post. An 'assault' is merely a threat with the means to carry-out the threat.

Telling someone you are going to hit them with a stick [while holding a stick] is an assault.

Thus, the 'stick' would be an "Assault Weapon", in legal terms.

If you hit someone with the stick, the offense would then be assault & battery. If you try to hit them with the stick & miss, it is only assault.

James Madison composed the 2nd amendment to protect us from our enemies, with the absolute possibility that it could be our own government gone bad. He repeatedly stated, that our "Creator" from whom we gain our 'rights', is the "only" entity to be fully trusted.

Many polititians do not like the strength the Amendment gives 'We the People' to protect the 'rights' endowed by our Creator.

The government [our employees], enjoys thinking [wrongly] that, it has any authority what-so-ever to grant or deny us ANY of our Constitutional rights.

Yet, they persist in trying... endlessly.

With all this "Anti-Arizona" (and anti-' those' like us) thug-and-gang plus political Democratic Party Bus-ins, 'protests' goin' on...

The "time" approaches...

Stand all for one, and one for all... cliche' intended.

It's beginning to look as though it may

get kinda rough.

Lessee wha' hoppenz...

Moose, Too many "Anti-Americans" in office.

We need to make some serious changes this November.

The mid-term elections will probably be our last chance!!

There is this slick ol' political trick

of lesser(and greater) members

of an opposing party who switch

parties well enough before the

elections to gain party and public

confidence- enough to possibly

get elected- as when there is an

atmosphere of public lack of

confidence in the incumbents.

They get elected... However, they

do not change beliefs or agenda...

Why does it always seem the-

Same old...same old?

Politics are a bitch.

And true 'statesmanship' sometimes

takes a distant back seat

to an ongoing sequence of

DeeCee power-grabbing...

I'll always vote...

at the same time I'll never let

myself become forgetful

of the lessons of history...

and being prepared for mans'

failures so noted...
