I have had many of the same thoughts myself. The only part I don't feel has credibility is "But if you burned an American flag or George Bush in effigy it was your 1st Amendment right." Bush, the government under him and the followers were pretty bad about calling and treating everyone who disagreed with them in any way a terrorist. Other than that though, this is a statement I can agree with.

I'm pretty impressed with this description of the USA right now. I tend to believe that anyone that trashes any symbol of America, our America, is hiding behind some "right" to do it. But if people were held responsible for the stuff that came out of their mouth, I think they'd spend a little time considering what it was. If somebody was going to be personally liable for some asinine comment they made, and not be able to hide behind their race, an amendment or a political party to get away with making a false statement, alot of the damaging statements wouldn't be made and honorable Americans wouldn't have to listen to those that aren't.
