Sale of gun to Scotland

I have posted a gun for sale and have an interested buyer in Scotland. I assume I have to go through a gun dealer with and FFL. Can anyone tell me anymore.

Firearms in general are illegal in Great Britain. I think the only firearms that can be owned are shotguns and they're regulated so severely that most people don't bother. I believe that it's against US law to export firearms to anyplace outside our borders. Customs laws are strict and harsh penalties await those that try to ship them illegally. As Beltbuckle said, you'd be wise to find a buyer in the US.
