Guns From Mass

Here is an observation. Many if not most of the large gun companies seem to be located in the state that has the strongest opposition to our 2nd amendment. I have purchased my last firearm from the socialist state of Massachusetts, land of Ted Kennedy.

While I dont like the anti 2nd amendment way's of Massachusetts. I would rather my hard earned dollars stay in the U.S.A and support American workers than go to countries like Croatia , Belgium China , Romania, or the Chechen republic. If I can afford to buy an American made firearm then thats what I will do.

It sure would be nice to buy a gun made in the heartland like texas, oklahoma, ohio, etc.

I hate it that my money goes to the socialist state of Mass. to elevate their economy when Barney Frank and his legion of idiots are the ones that made a mess of this country.

I think we are on the same soap box with this one because I do agree with you. I do not own a firearm that is made in Mass. And it is unfortunate that there is not a major manufacturer in our area of the country. If we do not vote these socialist's out of next month it is only going to get worse. On a lighter note. I am looking forward to the Wanenmachers gun show in Tulsa next month it's the biggest gun show in the area and I always find something I can't go home without.

High Standard of Houston, TX makes rifles and pistols, including IMHO the very best utilitarian AR you can buy.

Wilson Combat of Berryville, AK makes high end AR's, 1911's and tactical shotguns.

Sabre Defense of Nashville, TN makes high end AR's and parts.

That's just a few from the heartland.

I looked at the High Standard AR's today at a local gun show. Nice well built and a better price than one would expect. The dealer told the only distributor for them was Lipsesy's because they had contracted High Standard to build them. Don't know if this was true but that is what he said.

there are other smaller gun companys in the usa outside of the northeast .I do beleave that some of the arms manufactures may leave there states sooner or later because of taxes&anti gun rights in those states, funny the state loves there tax revanues.thats called 2 faced................
