Steyr M-1A

Steyr M-1A

About a month ago I purchased a Steyr M-1A. I just like the way it looked and have heard good things over the years. At the range I fired 9 mm Lugar Remington and every 2nd shot, it wouldnt strike the shell right to shoot it. This happened over and over til I gave up. I had cleaned the gun well but I suspect it might be something around the pin as a new gun. The company came through and ask me to return it to GA to check it over. Ive always owned a Glock and never experienced this before--any advice--anyone found this normal with the pistol?
