uploading photo

I have been trying to upload a photo . and when i click on the submit icon it goes to web page error . i have been trying this since yesterday . my wife has even tryed to post the photo . and when she clicked on the subit icon its the same thing . and she is a computer wizard . thats what she does for a living . she said you might have a problem with your site .
