ammo deterioriation
Posted: Fri Aug 06, 2010 7:23 pmI have a partial box of UMC 44 Rem Mag 180 gr soft point cartiidges in the original plastic holder. The noses are resting on the bottom of the plastic holder. Each soft point has "grown" a fuzzy appearance, almost looking like gray mold, which rubs off with not too much difficulty. I have not yet fired any of the cartridges.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
