'non shooting hand that allows 'accurate , steady , aim'; This

INCLUDES Shotguns , Pump action Rifles , Any and All Pistols

Man this isn't new for ny its almost there now.. NYC i can't own shit. I lived in Brooklyn and i was told long arms aren't allowed. and look at washington dc you can't own a handgun!! i do know they were fighting it i don't remember how it turned out..
