Good..lots of forms however,..LOL! I have everything done, for the exception of the finger-print cards completed. I am going Monday, to our local Sherrifs Dept. to have the finger-print cards done. They told me on the phone, they charged $5.00 to do so...LOL.... Everything is a money game....LOL!! Although, $200.00 is not bad for the license (good for 3 yrs) I still have to get my Ins. Bond, and purchase a better gun-safe. Its not too bad, but it all revolves around the almighty dollar!! Thanks for asking...Take Care. Nohub

Oh, and I forgot to mention, Yes ATF and local Law-Enforcement, can enter your home,,, if you have a Class-3 FFL. All auto-weapons that I purchase and collect must be registered w/ local law-enforcement, and they can come and inspect these weapons at anytime. I have no problem w/ this, because I have nothing to hide. Also, before the Class-3 FFL will be issued, an ATF Agent will most likley visit my home Once again, no problems with that......Later Nohub

That really doesnt sound to bad of a price. Expecially considering the toys youll be able to legally own! And I suppose if they already know what you have then there shouldnt be any problem with them coming to look allthough I still dont like that idea.

No, i am not very fond of the idea myself. However ,the ability to leagally own those toys out-weighs all that other. Heck, they dont have to worry about me LOL...I would never do anything to give-up my Right To Bear Arms nor, take a chance on going to Prision for any reason!...Later, Nohub

Youre applying for a curio and relic license. Thats a major step down from FFL.

Curio and relic requires that you keep a Bound Book. Thats a record of purchase.

Class III allows BATF search. Class III is for full-auto and sawed off shotgun.

Gun shows allow Class III sales. No restrictions on attendance, but you need a Class III for purchase. You can find Class III items at any FFL dealer.

No, i have applied for a class-3. I changed my mind, after i received all the paper-work from BATF. That's the reason the license is $200.00. A collectors license is only $30.00. XX-read my post from 1/28/07 where i discuss the $200.00 fee and the FFl is good for 3yrs. Also, each time a fully-automatic weapon is transferred, a $200.00 transfer tax (Stamp) is usually paid by the purchaser. If you need any further info concerning this matter XX, please do not hesitate to contact me. Later, Nohub
