Nope, it's way too late for with the "Tea-Party" approach.

Direct negotiation with Congressional leaders and the President are what is needed now.

This is a national issue between two whole classes of diametrically opposed beliefs and powers within the Body-of-Citizens in America over CIVIL RIGHTS.

No "Back of the Bus" treatment any more!

The liberal following of the Ameri-Socialists have over and over expressed their desire to "have the police and army

kill all of those 'gun nuts' and hunters if they will not

surrender their guns to the government."

Just tune into NPR or the other various university-published media--accross the nation (with European educators' and elites' verbal and written agreement and

encouragment) erudite,professors and students alike portray an absolute loathing for us.

Most all the 'media' paints a low and wicked view of ALL

"gun-owners".

Just like back in the days of monarchs and or dictators.

It is the very same mentality.

They are in the process of de-humanizing us.

The Ameri-Socialists have a defined and desired goal.

Surrender your arms-- or face the consequences: Forced

confiscation.

Civil Disobedience and ...well, it's becoming to appear that

"Lexington Green" may have to be re-visited and NOT as

a 're-enactment' scene by period-actors.

I, for one donot ever want it to come to this. However, the

attitude is very dim towards us from the Left, who now control D.C. and wish to "sic the cops" on us.

I will make a stand.

It ALL hinges on THIS Supreme Courts' decision on that

goddamn Mafia Chicagos' friggin' 'gun restriction' "law."

I'll die in the cause for freedom--the Ameri-Socialists

Personally I don't think this thing will pass in any form this year. the fact that it could is what is worrisome. I think what you're going to see is a polarization of American society that defies imagination. Today the mayor of NYC went on record about enforcing more gun control and closing the so called "gun show loophole" whatever that is. What I really think is that liberals are trying to force a fight and they think they can win with the liberal media on their side. Food for thought.

Now I'm not a violent guy.

And I do listen to NPR almost religiously and also Current

TV plus various other open sources in the media.

I'm a 'welfare' NPR listener: The liberal mind supports the

concept of "Welfare"; the giving of support and services-

at someone elses' expense. So-oo.... what's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.

Gotta know what's goin' on.

And they absolutely hate us. Talk about "Hate speech!"

'They' really want to toss us-ALL of 'us' to the 'authorities.'

Not that any of those in the 'elite' liberal community would

do it - can't dirty their oligarchic hands.

The last thing I would EVER want to see or experience is

armed confrontation with the cops.

I've spent my whole working life with cops, detectives and

state troopers around me.

As a chef I've catered the rookys' newly-on-the-force parties. Promotion celebrations for the new detectives,

their weddings, kids' Communions and so on.

Conversing with 'em and watching their countenances grow

cold and dim over the years as they had to deal with

humanity and humans at the lowest impossible horrors this species can reach.

I will never harm any cops.

Yet, a stand HAS to be made. The line drawn.

This juggernaut must be stopped NOW.

The "Enemy IS at the gate"

No other time in this nations' history 'cept the late 1850's

has the Constitutions' Validity been challenged.

And it is NOT we, the Constitutionally Legal, Armed Citizen!

The Supreme Court Justices must decide between the Ameri-Socialist Partys' intent of blindsiding the Constitutions' Bill of Rights via state and local ordinance(s)and what the Justices know is the truth.

(They [those 'Democrats' of the Ameri-Socialist Party] CAN be prosecuted for these illegal attempts at using 'legislatural' procedeures to subterfuge the Supreme Law of the Land in charges of state and local gov't resistence to Superior Federal Authority)

ie. "Resisting Lawful Adminstration!" As in Resisting a Cop!! THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!

The Justices have already made a positive, cementing ruling for the legitimacy and station of the Second Amendment : An INDIVIDUAL RIGHT to KEEP and BEAR(that reads; POSSESS as an ARM[weapon of defence-loaded; just as the cops]) ARMS for personal AND civil

defence, plus this RIGHT "SHALL" not be infringed.

"SHALL" is the key LEGAL term which means quite

literally, "The command stands now AND in the FUTURE!"

"AS it stood then -- it stands now" PERIOD.!!

In times of a national horror, WE, THE ARMED CITIZEN,

are the last line of defence for this nation!

The Justices know this: for they 'become' the living

actualization of the Constitution when they are in such a

consequential procedeure.

Like the Bible parallells-- ".... and the Word became flesh!"

In my deepest meditations with the Father I continually pray for the Justices to have the wisdom and courage in

their deliberastions on this, and to make the proper and right decisions.

If the Second falls, the rest can fall.

It is not the "guns", anymore!

It is the "....and the Right(s) of the People, ... , SHALL not

be INFRINGED!!!" (caps and punctuation are mine)
