I don't know if I'm in the right Forum? If not sorry but I have a quick question. I was stoped for speeding. I was. The Trooper looked new I could see the look on her face as she walked up to my window. She had her hand on her firearm so I made sure both my hands were on the steering wheel so she would see them. When I gave her my DL I handed her my carry permit which is the law. She looked at it like I had 2 heads I think she never saw one before. She asked me if I was carrying I said yes, she asked me where I said right here on my belt. She said she would feel safer if I gave her my firearm to hold during the stop. I said thats nice but no. You have nothing to be afraid of. I got the ticket and went on my way. Could she have made trouble for me by my refusing? Thanks I live in NC

...I'm pretty much stuck in my medical bed now...or lyin' down on a cot... I can only operate from bein' on my side or back! Even typing physically hurts... I'm glad- in a way- I'm on my way out. I cannot bear seeing this nation being squandered away by a pack of renegade lawyer/politicians ennymore. Every friggin' day now these bums come up w/a new angle of attack upon the Constitution and our 'guaranteed' Civil Rights. WHY! Who would do such things? What are 'their' intentions?

Where did this 'doctrine' of theirs come from? When did these legalistic(though glaringly unconstitutional)changes first begin?... Well, during the 50's anti-constitution joking and argument began in the Beat-scene and on college campus- Though the Civil Rights movement had true goals... The mocking and degradation of the "Greatest Generation" had begun and turned earnestly against the victors of WW2 in the so-called "Youth Movement." Yeah, 'Hitler' "Youth" that is! The entertainment community turned on the vets. The professorial level of education began to indoctrinate students into a mish-mosh of Marxism/socialism. Kinda as a 'scab' forming over the sorely wounded socialist agenda of Europe. The Nazi military signed the surrender... The Nazi politico- HAD NOT! Hitler(ism) was NOT the true face of the National Socialists! He was an anomaly- So was Stalin as well. By the time Hitler had murdered most of Germanys' Socialist Partys' Founders- Socialism was beginning to take hold in the United States & Canada... Really, forms of socialism were blooming everywhere around the industrialised nations of the world... And the capitalists... just LOVED THIS!

WW2 and the Cold War were merely a couple of 'speed-bumps' to this 'movement!' Presently...and again in earnest, "It" HAS infected the 'leadership' of the USA. "It" PWNS(owns) the late Democratic Party- And I cannot prove this- However it makes sense: The shooting of Ariz. Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords by a LEFT WING-NUT crazy was a hit-job sending a 'message' to the rest of the House Dems to toe-the-line! The heroic Representative voted AGAINST Pelosis' return to the House Chair- Thus, breaking-up the USNazi'scab' trifecta of their top-end US federal govt control! This sounds mad... Yet it makes sense.

That punk didn't even shoot BB guns- Yet, he shows up there armed w/2 of the most advanced handguns in this modern world- firing away as routine: dispersing the crowd, isolating his main target and firing a head-shot...before... changing magazines... THAT takes some training; ESPECIALLY w/a pair of full-auto Glocks!!

This brings to mind the Jablonski murders of 1966 I believe...political party, unions & the Mob... Nuts.

This national socialist dogma has been building, bit by bit since the turn of the last century. Like 'we' won WW2... However the 'monster' simply jumped-ship and turned-up here, in the party most susceptible to "Its'" dogma and philosophy. Hell, 'it' was already here.

Just look at what has transpired so far in this country! ... Shit. What's comin'? What is coming?

The thing is, here in America, "socialism" is still, just a philosophy... The Constitution- Is Law!

Makes me wanna cry... What a fuggin' mess!

...OUR Nations' Constitution does not fail "We the People," EVER!!...the succession of elected leaders do! The pundits, greedy "law"(!?!)-yers and corrupted politicians can minimise the Constitution all they want- These precious words have withstood the test of time... And Her Liberties- these misguided officials!

More and more the American people are becoming personally aware of the Truth and Supremacy held within the Constitutions' Articles and Amendments; For the more the socialists try to circumvent, mock and bring harm to Her- The people are all the more exposed to what Rightsthey were in ignorance of actually possessing. And equally, the CONTROL "We the People" have over and towards, our elected AND APPOINTED BUREAUCRATIC leaders...

In ~70 years the USofA shall become a "Classical Nation." Thus, joining the worlds' aged campus of established, "Old Countries"...

I won't be there to partake in the celebration- However, my children shall! And this Republic shall still be cemented firmly within Her Structure of Law;

The "Supreme Law of the Land."

SittingMoose, I hope you're correct about our original laws and Constitution living on beyond all of us. Sadly, the older I get (I'm 47), the more and more I see the socialists' inroads in breaking down every liberty that we've got. I'm sure you are familiar with "the art of boiling a frog." We are the frog, and by the time we realize that the heat was turned up (i.e., what has been taken from us), it will be too late to spring from the pot.
