The treaty has to be signed by our POTUS and ratified by the Senate and even if that happened the SCOTUS would likely declare it not valid because it would violate the US Consitution. This is just a probe, not the real effort. The UN operates through an organization called IANSA led by a woman named Rebecca Peters who btw was largely responsible for the Australian gun ban which was successful and the one in Brazil which was not. IANSA is based in London but has a NYC office. Peters is an interesting operative. Her bio has largely disappeared from the web. She may have been a US citizen who renounced her citizenship. IANSA is where the action is and is where the money comes from. Interesting donor list as well.
