double that tig in michigan,my state rep sponserd a bill and passed it that you can,t be sued if its a justafied shooting thank god .....

I had 2 lawsuits at once against me for duty related.
Now, as a private citizen, the law in KS is no sue with justified, but DAs will play with the "justified" aspect of a shoot.
They don't fare well, but it shows we are never 100% safe in courts.
