.45 Chamber Design

.45 Chamber Design

Please excuse my lack of proper nomenclature. I want to make a single shot breakaway pistol using .45 Colt. I began this design some years back and have never been able to find a blueprint or dimensioning for the chamber. I see that reamers are used to do that but isn't there some sort of drawing that can be found to machine these dimensions into a barrel?
