I cannot believe this weapon hasent gotten more reveiws. This is the basis of most sniper and long range competion guns on the market today! The action on this rifle is rival to none, just made perfectly!

This is like the 300 ultramag 700? I acquired a gun safe will 5 guns as payfor labor, and it includes a remington 300 ultramag, beautiful gun, but i am blind. I "SOLD" the ultramag in an auction here a few days ago, but the buyer was a fraud I guess. Can i post another auction without paying the fee? I can not pay the fee until i actually get money from the "SALE" and i think that is not going to happen?

The PSS is still made and although there few and far between in the market place. They can still be found. It is a fine weapon. I've had the trigger tuned to 2.5 LB's. It's topped with a ZEISS 6.5-20x50 scope. Three rounds in the same hole at 100yds, three rounds in the space of a nickel at 300yrds. One sweet 308, wouldn't trade it and won't sell it at any price.

I carried this as an M24 in 308 while playing in the sandbox. I love it. Superior to any bolt gun under 2 grand out there. It has been the main stay work horse for US Military snipers for 40 years. That has got to count for something. Not as good as a semi for under 800m tangos, but past that this is king of the 308.

I just bought one in .308. with the synthetic stock. I am replacing my model 70 Winchester that I bought in 1967. The barrel on my Winchester is shot out and I only paid about $100 more for this Remington than it would have cosm to re-barrel.

First - After the model 70 this thing is so light that it feels like a toy.

Second - After zeroing in this gun puts the bullet right where I want it every time

Wonderful Gun
