Understanding Choke size amongst gauges

I have an Italian O/U and wasn't certain about the choke sizes on it. I did quite a bit of searching and comparing and came to the conclusion that the numbers on the following chart are as close as any I've seen to measure choke sizes. My shotgun turns out to be FULL and IMP. MODIFIED. It will make a great Trap gun!
