Magazine cap for Charles Daly Pump?

Im trying to find a magazine cap for a 12 ga Charles Daly Maxi-Mag. Is it true there out of business? Tryed there web site and its shut down. I remember reading somewhere that a Remington cap will fit, can anyone shead some lite on this subject, Thanks, Gary.
