I am very happy with the walnut grips mine came with. Thinking about making another set of grips just for a project to do sometime. The grips could be a little longer, but I have smaller hands I reckon. I do love this gun! It is solid as a tank and accurate to boot. I will most likely keep the original walnut grips that are on the gun now.

I have a 1904 single six Im not sure what happened but the first time you cock it it loads and fires but when you go to cock it again the pin that holds the revolving piece wont release, was wondering if anybody knew where to get parts or might help me rebuild? Thanks, J

according to the book it says it is a Single Six (new model) single action revolver, the pin that holds the revolving piece in place when firing wont release to cock again.

i purchased a ruger 32 20 single action from a friend of a friend and he gave me a box of 32 swl and a box of 32swlb before i bought the gun i shot all the 32 but these (32 swlb) i know nothing about. and i was wondering if someone had any info on these

I have had my single six for about 20 years. I think that is the longest I have ever owned a handgun that I bought for myself. I have some guns from my childhood and Guns that belonged to my Dad, but this is the one gun that I bought for myself that I have just never been able to part with. It shoots anything I put in it and puts most brands in little bitty groups if I do my part. I have considered trading it for a stainless model, but I am thinking now I'll just wait and buy a stainless model.

Nice quality firearm, accurate, CHEAP ammo...it will pay for itself with all the trigger time
