the naa minnie... i,m told the cci veloictor lr.22 is a good way to max the proformance form the gun .i like the inside the waist holster they offer, and the ankle style but the ankle rig takes a long time to get the gun out- beware'''' good for deep cover..

question? I have the .22mag version. It has safety slots in between the cartridge chambers that your suppose to let the hammer rest on instead of letting it rest on a live round. Mine does not/will not go into any of the slots. I keep the hammer resting in an empty chamber for safety. Does anyone else have this problem of the hammer not wanting to go into the safety slots?

Turn your cylinder to a slot and ease the hammer into the slot. I have both 22lr and 22mag and I love this feature. You will need all 5 rounds....

To engage the hammer in one of the cylinder safety slots, first pull the hammer back just far enough that the cylinder can be rotated; position the slot beneath the hammer, and then (all this is being done with the hammer under thumb control) pull the trigger just enough to free the hammer as you lower it into the slot. It takes about one second to do this.

Mine's in .22 Win Mag with the 1-5/8" barrel. 2006. I bought the checkered black rubber grips for it and it is sweet. Earlier today I ordered the laser sight for it which should just about trick this fine little shooter perfect. It travels well and safely. My wife has an identical NAA Mini from c.1995. We shot it so much at the range it showed wear and became intermittent. Returned it to NAA and they restored it to like-new at no charge a couple years ago. For what these little revolvers offer, none are better.

You have to depress the trigger for mine to go into the slot

Good little pocket gun. I can't speak for it's accuracy. I haven't shot it enough, but imo it's not fun to shoot. My hands are too big, making the gun extremely uncomfortable to hold. I have shot the NAA Black Widow and it was much better, but also quite bigger. It's a good point blank "get off me" gun.
