I just shot about 50 rounds on my new P11. I installed an extender on the magazine taking the advise of some of the posts I have read. This gun is absolutely an excellent addition to my collection. My first shot group was within 3 inches and that's without my glasses!! I got big hands so the extender helped but not with a complete grip, that is the only negative that I could find about this weapon, that is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. Even carrying it in an OTP holster nobody could tell that I was concealing.

I went ahead and bought the used p-11. Only shot 20 rounds through it, took 10 rounds to get used to the DAO trigger. This gun looks to be an older gun. It worked great through 20 rounds. No jams recoil a little rough but okay for the size. Can anyone tell me what the newer serial#'s are.

I'm not sure how to read those serial numbers, but call kel-tec and give them the number. They can tell you what year it was made in. 321-631-0068.

Also, if your not familiar with KTOG, please take a look. Nothing but Kel-Tec enthusiast and full of information. http://www.ktog.org/

I loved my P-11 for about 2 years. Reliable & potent, but thought the trigger pull was too long. I got a PF-9 at 12 oz and use a pocket clip. It is a walloper for CCW and experienced shooters. I used +P BTHP in both. Great.

If my CCW isn't lightweight, I'll leave it home too often.

I agree 100% with GOANRA, my preference is always my sig 9mm 250 but it is too bulky to conceal. I also bought the clip for my keltec P11 and it works fine keeping it were it belongs. On what concerns to drawing it and shooting, the clip on doesn't offer much resistance to the draw and the P11 is a charm in accuracy and functionality. It is the best you can find for the money!! I even prefer it over a Chek 9mm Makarov I have for concealment also. I am in love with it...

I was so excited about my new p-11. I loved it. It is small and light, and read so many good reviews and talked to alot of people that love kel-tec. I really enjoyed the little bit of use I got out of it. I had 1 jam at like 50 rounds. At 80 rounds, my trigger broke. I guess I got a lemon. I still have faith in kel-tec. I will probably buy another one in the future.

revadiva20 - You did send it back to kel-tec to get fixed didn't ya? It has a live time warranty and they usually take care of any potential problems they see while at it.

I bought the P11 at a gun show a couple of months back.

Used to have a Kahr CW-40, FTF quite often, got rid of it. The P11 is an excellent carry weapon, much cheaper and more RELIABLE than the Kahr. May not be the most accurate, but at seven yards does just fine. Based on price and reliability, I will give this a 5.

I am now about to purchase my second P11, this time a brand new one in stainless. I have never had any problems with this little gun unless it is used with the 12rd magazine. DO STAY AWAY FROM THESE! I bought two of these for use with my P11. I got one from Midway, the other from a local gunshop. Both were crap, they dont fit the magazine well tightly and cause severe failures to feed. Besides this issue, the P11 is a fine little weapon...
