Just bought the 83 in .380. Took it out of the box at the range and shot. FLAWLESS! Accurate, fast rapid fire without errors, no hangups, no problems. Nice grip, great finish and quality. Its more than I hoped it would be. Perfect for carry, small slim and accurate. Im very glad I bought it.

I have owned a CZ 83 for several months and it is a super weapon. A solid steel frame that will digest high pressure hollow points without a problem along with holding 12 rounds. The frame is a bit larger and long so I do not get bitten by the slide.

The only issue one might have is weight. With a steel frame and slide holding 12 +1 rounds a CZ83 is a bit heavy weighing in close to what a larger high polymer framed capacity 9mm or compact .40 S&W weighs in at. A point to consider if you are considering a CZ83 for your CCW.

I recently purchased my 83 .380 after some lengthy research on line. I am pleased with the fit and finish. The pistol is robust easy to take down and fits nicely in the hand. At the range I was pleased with the performance. Inside 30 meters, accuracy is very good. This pistol is my first CZ and I found it to be an amazing value in a firearm.

Ive seen the 82 on surplus sites and in one gun store 9MM Mak caliber. Its a military gun with a crome lined polygonal rifled barrel. Very accurate, very durable and very easy to clean. I think theyre going for $250 online.

Much more pop in the .380. If you are going to shoot a .32 it can be done comfortably with a much smaller pistol.

I almost bought this gun for conceal carry, but decided on the Taurus CIA 650 instead. I am certain this gun is accurate, because it is a CZ. It also has one of the sweetest double action pulls I have ever felt on an auto.

Just got my CZ-82, and a sweet litle piece it is. The only thing I do not like about it is the magazine, which is a pain in the butt to load. The mag loading accessory that came with my Glock 19 helps, but it's a sloppy fit. Anyone know of somebody making a mag loading aid to fit the CZ-82 mag?
