Can anyone tell me if any Welrod Silenced Gun are still in existence for purchase?If so what is the estimated value of 1(sell/trade)?

I've never heard of anyone with this silenced pistol. I did find a link to a picture of one. A very odd looking thing!!

the internet offers little about resale/buying of a welrod in 20011!where can I buy,and if I get,how much can i get and/or resale for?
