Brian you're absolutely right on the XD and XDm. I intended to add them and failed to do so. One other handgun that I failed to mention and should have to stand in front of one for my error is the venerable 1911, any 1911 is as bad ass as they come. My apology to the Gun God for omitting that, it should've been first! My bad....

I am a CZ man myself, but the advice here is sound and will get you in the right direction, and you should fire the XD or the XDM to see the trigger pull if you havent already. They are fun.
