New 24/7 OSS 5.25".

Trouble with last round jamming into ramp.

Does not want to make the ride up for chambering.

Limp wristing.

Grease on slide is to thick.

Try moving your slide on the frame without the recoil spring to see if there are any jams/burrs.

cheap ammo.

Check to see if your ramp needs to be polished.

Weak magazine spring.

Check everything.

JustBen covered it well.
I'd guess cheap ammo... usually is.

I have the Taurus 24/7 45ACP G2 4.2" 12+1 (G2 means 2nd gen) and it needs 200+ rounds of decent 230 gr ammo through it to fit the parts. This is quite common in the <$400. price range.
Its not a bad thing as it really fits the parts well and improves the trigger as well.

When buying in this price range, figure in the cost of 250 rounds of 'good ammo'.

This is certainly not a concealed-carry pistol, but I love shootin' it.
