active fan or anyone

purchased download for astra a-100 manual from active fan. he took payment and switched to another page to complete download. new page url could not be found. google (payment thru google) said to contact seller but this site only has street address and online address. online site says could not find url. street address does not show that bisiness name. no phone number was given. anyone know how to contact active fan
