This is the deal about AK clones and what they really represent. A lot of people think if they're get a WASR they're getting an "AK47." They're really not. What most of them are getting is a remanufactured weapon made here and depending upon the receiver type either 5 or 6 parts must be made here. Many of them are parts specific and some won't work in others. There is a hell of lot of difference between something made by Arsenal or Krebbs vs something that the local shop is selling you from Romania. Yeah, it will fire, but put the thing through its paces and you'll be surprised when they will actually jam and frankly in a lot of them accuracy sucks. If you want a good one, you're really going to pay almost as much as you would for a good AR.
