Greetings to everyone here at Gun Directory. ^__^ I am having a bit of an issue on choosing a new firearm. This will be my first firearm that I will be purchasing, and I will be using it for recreational use and home protection. I have been into guns ever since I was a child and know a lot about them. I studied reviews, stats, you name it on what is a good start for a first time owner. I went to a local gun store and narrowed down my choices to three separate firearms: Glock 23, Springfield XD-40, and the CZ 75B. Now here is the dilemma. I love all three and the way that they feel, but I can't decide on which one is better for my needs. In other words, I really need some outside help on the pros and cons of each firearm. I am really leaning towards the CZ, but the others are really nice too, plus they're all the same price brand new ($500). Any suggestions, comments, and observations on these firearms would be greatly appreciated. I also wanted to keep in mind that I am not looking for someone to make a decision for me. I just want to know what each gun offers. Granted I have read tons of reviews, but friendly advice from active gun owners is really appreciated. Thank you for your time.
