Yep, two steps forward, one step back. The wife and I were discussing this yesterday and this morning. Apparently it was a legally purchased Glock with a, gasp, extended magazine.

Yep, that extended magazine was a stock G17 magazine. The magazine that all of the "anti-gun" hounds used for reference was the California model, aka 10 rounds. Anything that isn't approved by the Kalifornia Kommies must be unreasonable and obviously "extended" in capacity. For those that aren't aware of the standard G17 mag. capacity, it's 17, unless you're in Kalifornia, where it is limited to 10. So let it be known that it wasn't an extended capacity magazine at all.

Evidentially I was wrong according to my Father. He said that he had two 33 round mags in addition to the stock mags that came with the G17. It figures this dumb ass punk played right into the anti's scheme of things. I just saw a report on TV about this fool. He's in a maximum security cell about 100 miles from Tucson and the CO's that are watching him say he just sits in his cell with that stupid little smirky smile on his face. He needs that smirk shoved right up his ass.

He's crazy. What has happened is that liberal right to privacy laws prevented this guy from scrutiny and removal from the general population. I went by Academy today and you"ll never guess what mag was sold out? The next buying frenzy will make the last look like a picnic.

Here it comes. According to USA today the headline reads as follows; "Obama Team To Evaluate New Gun Control Proposals." Included are outlawing high capacity magazines which this time makes them illegal to possess and assault rifle bans.

Two hours ago I considered purchasing a couple of the Glock 9mm 33 round mags, because of this run on them. I decided to wait and purchased some additional ammunition and G23 mags. I just went back to check on the inventory number on those 33 round mags and every one of them was gone! The run as Whitehood said, IS ON...

Doesn't surprise me. What these idiots don't realize is that anti-gun rhetoric drives sales and this time we will NEVER trust what they say. The goal of the liberals is TOTAL abolition of firearms period. This is what reasonable means to them.

On a good note, it seems that Harry Reid is coming through after his endorsement by the NRA. Total silence from his office, especially with a number of Democratic Senators running in vulnerable red leaning states. Money well spent. I never did like the guy, but you have to hand it to the NRA when it comes to playing political poker. If Reid had lost, then the Senate Majority Leader would be none other than Chuckie Schumer who has never seen a firearm he didn't like.
