Well guys,

I will take your word for that in all honesty. I would like to shoot a glock, not saying its not a good piece, just not what I enjoy.. Cant arque with the reputation they have and no doubt about its quality or that its following is well deserved.

Darlene in High School was a good piece too, but I would't marry her

Tex,

Maybe you would not Marry her, but wouldn't you have liked to had taken her for a "Test Ride"?? LOL Plus with a Gun, you can always just Sell/Trade it! No Alimony or Child Support to worry about! (Also don't forget your Wife's feelings about more Guns!)

Now, About your Walther???

I'm all for talking about the womenz but maybe it's time we get back to the topic here.

Bill, Tex, how about we discuss why we like and dont like glocks in off topic. You can tell us more about Darlene there to!!!

My lips are sealed.

I am on the lookout for a 1911. Will probably have to wait untill after the first of the year. Momma (not Darlene) is needing the extra cash for Kids, Grandkids, and MY GOD A GREAT GRANDSON.

What's wrong with this picture, I'm still 18 eh 19 oh well

just picked up my first colt 1911 ever. i have had other value 1911's, but now after having this one i can see the diff in quality. haven' had a chance to shoot it yet and when i get to the rang will give every one a report. olny paid $675 with only minor were on the slide, and it has had a trigger jod target sights and many many other things. Now i can see why people like colt so much.

Just got back from the rang and this thing is the best. 2 inch groups at 25 yards wow! Right on the dot at 7 to 10 yards. never had any hand gun do this. can't get muchbetter than this.
