432PD magnum

Just got my CCW and am looking for a a revolver...the 38's recoil is more than I care for... I was looking at the 432PD magnum airweight...I want something that I can get all three fingers around...and I do want crimson trace...so can I get both by getting different grips? And what about bullets... are they going to be be hard to find and expensive?
