That's a strange request to be posting on a firearm directory! I don't think this is the proper forum to be promoting legislation for sparklers, lol... But whatever turns you on!!! I'll be sure and get a letter out tomorrow. Anything to help out!

In the great state of NJ I can't even light a sparkler!! I was once arrested for lighiting off fire works but the charges were later dropped!!
