I'm very glad they didn't. It sounds good on the surface but there was so much BS hidden in the "small print" that it would've been a complete disaster. Done properly, it might be a positive piece of legislation. But....the anti gunners don't have the first bit of concern for the pro gun support in this country. Their only consideration for the gun supporting Right is no consideration at all.
