A Constitutional observation for sheri and lawyers

Postby SittingMooseShaman » Tue Mar 09, 2010 6:26 pm

By virtue of the letter, intent and promulgation of the

Constitution of the U.S. through Article 6 sec 2 in

regards to the Amendments, specifically,

Amendment 2,

Is it not naturally and Constitutionally

authorized and presumed

by said "Supreme Law..."-

that any (armed) law-abiding American adult

citizen is- automatically- by

cause of citizenship- and Right,

A member of the American militia ie:

To be called at any time to service

by the Sheriff under the

order of posse as need(s) apply?!

Where is there ANY Constitutional language-

within the body of this Nations'

founding and maintaining Law
-

negating this ? WHERE??

Has these past two hundred and fifty-four years

- by mere time-

and political delusion,

somehow 'legally' ie Constitutionally, dilute

the nature and permenance of the same

"Supreme Law of the Land?"

Where in the CONSTITUTIONAL LAW

does it state that

The Constitution - Treaty(s), Article(s)

and Amendment(s) are subject to any

"Sunset"requirement? WHERE?

THERE ARE NONE AND/OR ANY!

The Constitution is the SAME TODAY

as it 'IS' THEN when this "Supreme Law

of the Land"

was ratified and signed into LAW!

Merely because subsequent legislation created

police and military forces-

Post signing of the Constitution-

These organizationestablishing legislations

in NO WAY negate the

Constitution either in It's original language

and/or meaning.

The Constitution does not change in meaning

intent, severity and protection-

simply because members of a

political party feel it

must- or because an activist body

holds to a European belief!

The latter is [/i]foreign[/i] and enmity

to the Law of [/b]our Freedoms[b/]

And 'that' political party must consider

the bearings of their course...

This man is innocent by virtue

of the Second Amendment

And The judge should have never allowed

the jury to act as they did by

INSTRUCTION from Article 6 sec 2!

ALL of these types

of post Constitutional, local

'laws' and regulations

are "Contrary" to the

Constitution and are notwithstanding!

This is a Freeman being held

illegally and unconstitutionally

in prison.

Judges who allow this...

}i]are[/i] in violation of their Oath!

This is a violation of your brothers'

Constitutional Rights...

The Constitution itself

And an illegal imprisonment.
