Remington 552 BDL Speedmaster Reviews

I think this rifle is absolutely the BEST .22 autoloader available!

In 20 years now I have not had a single misfire or jam and I have probably put 10,000 rounds through it. This gun will shoot any and all .22 ammo available. .22 short, long or long rifle without so much as a hiccup.

The BDL stock is a thing of beauty. Very refined and polished. Fit and finish is remarkable.

Last but not least, this gun is dead center accurate. I personally have made some shots with this gun that are almost unbelievable.

Is there anyone else who has been lucky enough to own one of these beauties?

I own several 552s and agree there is none better at any price

I love this rifle. Red I agree with you 100%. It is dead balls on accurate. I put a scope on it. I have had friends talk shit about the tube feed system but who cares? It takes any and all ammo and chews through them. The only problem I have found is with 22 sub sonics.. some FTF. But they are just as loud as the regular ammoso no worries. Awesome firearm!

I have had mine since 1978. Favorite thing about it : It shoots shorts ! It is the ONLY .22 auto rifle that will take shorts. About the tube feed, well, I never let that bother me. Eventually put a 24 power scope on it. Nice little sniper rifle.
