I have a question. The EEA will go from caliber to caliber with a kit sort of like the 22 conversion for CZ 75. Can i a 75 go from a 9mm to a 40 or 45 also?

I have emailed CZ-USA thrice describing the continous FTEs I was experiencing iwth the 40S&W CZ-75B but it seems that they do dont seem to want to reply. Looks like these guys do not stand by their product.

Does you problem thrice reported happen with all brands of ammo you have tried? It sounds like you may need a gunsmith to look at it. How old is the gun? Have you talked to the place you bought it? CZs are one of the most worryfree guns made but things sometimes go wrong with any make.

I checked and there seems to be no Cz warantee place in Canada. Maybe some one knows better. Marstar does support the NZ Chinese copy they sell with a 1 year warantee. Seems like owning a pistol is a hassle in Canada.

In response to deusimperator:

CZ-USA does not handle Canadian sales/service of their firearms, hence the tag CZ-'USA'.

That is handled by London Arms:

London Arms

Phone: 416-675-1322

Fax: 416-675-4567

e-mail: londonarms@295.ca

hours of operation: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Eastern Time

This is why you haven't received a response. Read in BOLD letters on their website that you won't receive a response from them if you are from outside the US.

CZ is coming out with the 97 BD at the end of January 2008. If you are a fan of the 1911 or any .45 for that matter, you should check it out. It is sure to catch on!!! Deadly accurate, like every CZ, and little recoil.

Do you know they produce a Champion model designed for competition? They also have some video on you tube which really impressed me with it being used.

Yeah, the Champion is pretty nice. Good barrel length and the standard trigger is not for the rookie. I'm not into the looks much, but the function is great.

I was reading the posts on another board about the suitability of a 9mm vs a 45 for protection. It reminded me of the Bible story of David and Goliath. Many people think David slew Goliath with a stone from his sling. If memory serves me right David knocked him unconcious and then cut his head of with his own sword. Today in th USA this act would probably have David in court facing murder charges and accused of using excessive force for picking up the sword to finish the job. Agree or disagree?

Can anyone please tell me where I can find a leather duty holster for my CZ 75B .40? Also I have put hundreds of rounds through it and have never had a problem. I am vary happy with it. This is a vary well built weapon!!
