Superb weapon. Ive had one for almost 10 years, starting with a Compact .40 and moving over to a .45 Compact. No jams, good -- but not great -- accuracy. Fantastic grip when your hands are wet or in gloves.

This was the first handgun I ever bought, and will always remain in my collection. I have a fullsize USP .45, and it has NEVER failed to function with any ammo, only witha a crappy 20-round promag(and it was definately the mags fault). The different color grips are a great option, yet the heart of the gun is the flawless operating system and outstanding accuracy. This is a very accurate, dependable, and relatively light gun.

I just (minutes ago) bought 2 new Pro Mag 20 round magazines for my H&K USP 45 (phenomenal gun, by the way). Reading the last msg, did I just make a mistake?

Well, Rowdy, with a little bit of work, you can get the 20-roubd mag to seat correctly, and congrats if it does it right out of the box. I just would not depend on it in a firefight or for duty carry.

I have owned my .40 USP Compact for a few years and during that time have come appreciated the quality, accuracy and reliability of this weapon. I was impressed enough to by its smaller brother the P2000SK, for a carry weapon. I highly recommend both models.

It saddens me when such a fine piece of hardware is downrated by a person that admits they cant shoot the weapon (but their friend can). In such a case the bad rating should go to the shooter, not the weapon!!!

Picked up my new usp9 compact, very solid feel and competent design by the folks at HK. This is what we have come to expect from the world leader in small arms technology.
