gun insurance

Postby anthony68 » Sat Jun 05, 2010 4:56 pm

I was looking around for gun insurance. I have State farm and have some gun insurance, but not enough.

Im a life member of the NRA.Does anyone know if the NRA have any extra insurance to buy instead of getting it on my home owners insurance.Wasnt sure who has a better price?

But yet I would rather have the NRA make the money.

The NRA has a comprehensive line of insurance options for its members. You can start looking here http://www.locktonrisk.com/nrains/ArmsCarePlus.htm

While most guns can be covered by home onwers policies, there are Floater policies you can ask about for just guns. NRA will have one, as well as most insurance companies. If you go with insurance companies, the premium isnt that bad, they will ask for all the info on your guns most the time(serial #'s, caliber, etc) The insurance will differ depending on company, but will cover for theft, loss, destruction, things of that nature. Companies call them Personal Article Floaters, or Valuable Personal Property policies. I actually have one for my weapons. Most also come with no deductible. Hope this helps!

How 'bout insurance for when

y'ih gotta use a gun

on a bad-guy?!

"Avast! Ye doer of eeeee-villl!"

"For covered am I by

'Lloyds of London' !"

"Surviving miscreants shall nay see

even a single penny through

their schysters' litigeous instigations."

"And... yea, am I covered for missed

shot collateral damage- that be to the

max within Lloyds'Platinum Diamond

policys' parameters!"

"In other words... I've double-ought coverage-

As Bond has within his 007appointments'

status..."

"Now still thy tongue and stay from

furthering your insideous felony, wicked one!

And raise 'em high lest ye find ones' self

become rather ill from the effects

of hot lead upon thine person!!"

If an Insurance company can see

a profit in it...

Bill it- And they will come!

Wouldn't that be great? Probably way too pricey for the common citizen though.
