What is the best all around handgun?

I like my xd service 45 quite well and I truly love my cz75 9mm.

I feel the Springfield XD .40 Compact version, is the best all around gun. It is very accurate, Very reliable, and concealable and has great stopping power. There is plenty of ammunition available; making shooting it affordable.

It's a toss up for me. I've got a beautiful Colt Series 70 Gov. Model 1911 that has never let me down, it's a real hunk of gun! It's a bit heavy for daily carry though. That's where my second choice comes into play, a Glock Model 23. Light weight, completely reliable and a solid hitting 40 S&W round, 14 of them. Please don't make me pick just one, pleeeeeaaaassse?

I carry either my XD 45 5" Tatical or my Mil Spec Springfield 1911 or my Springfield 1911 Black Stainless every day all year.

I love the feel of a big gun and my XD 45 has 13+1 and 1911's have 8 + 1 plenty of shots to get the bad guys with.

I have all my holsters and belts made by Black Hills Leather

bhlstore.com in Laredo Texas his quality is the best and prices are great. All my holsters are the BH99 open top.

They run $94.90 and sometimes he has a 20% off specials for people that sign up on his web site. I have had him make 5 holsters and 4 belts for me.

Check him out and I promise you, you will love his work.

Remeber you get what you pay for and why put a expensive weapon in a cheap holster.

i got a Kimber Stainless ultra compact II and i love it so far...but i was wonderin if anyone here knows how goood the customer service is at Kimber. i have heard its good and ull get ur gun back within a week or so..im just wondering...any replies much appriciated

My first impression is some very well crafted holsters and belts. It's obvious that he/she/they can provide a shooter, lawman or concealed carrier anything they want.
